Note di degustazione
The 2025 Domaine de l'Eglise, aged 52% in new oak, veers more towards red fruit on the nose, with rose petal and light truffle scents emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied, with angular tannins, fresh acidity, quite sapid in the mouth and a linear, correct finish. Maybe missing a bit of flair, but plenty of freshness in this Pomerol.

A Merlot-dominant blend that includes 2% Cabernet Franc from vines near the heart of the appellation, next to the church, the 2025 Château Du Domaine De L'Eglise sports a deep ruby/purple hue as well as a beautiful nose of ripe black fruits, graphite, and spring flowers. It's medium-bodied on the palate and has ripe, polished tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and good overall balance.
The 2025 Domaine de L'Eglise delivers an exotic mix of crème de cassis, gravel, sage, mint, espresso, new leather and cloves. A somber, mysterious wine, Domaine de L'Eglise has a lot to offer. All of the natural intensity of this warm, dry vintage comes through loud and clear.
