Cut from the same cloth as the Ark yet always a touch darker and more structural, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Dark Ark is aged 32 months in 100% new French oak. Darker currants, smoky tobacco, scorched earth, leather, and black olive all shine in the aromatics. It's full-bodied, has a deep, layered, concentrated mouthfeel, beautiful tannins, and a great finish. It's a true gem of a 2022 that I love today, and it's going to keep for at least two decades. Drink 2025-2045.
