2023 Auteur Pinot Noir Attune Vineyard

The 2023 Pinot Noir Attune Vineyard is the only Pinot Noir in the range from Carneros. Savory, mineral-driven inflections open first, with a marine-tinged array of nori, oyster shell, cedar and bitter cherry skin that gains momentum with aeration. There’s no shortage of fine, powdery tannin here. Everything is very put together, but a bit of oak toastiness sticks out on the finish. Hopefully that will integrate in time.
