Note di degustazione
The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon The Sisters is a great example of the year. Dark red cherries, plums, sweet spices and a touch of French oak meld together in a supple, juicy Cabernet with tons of near and medium-term appeal. The ripe, racy finish is quite appealing. There is a lot to like in this voluptuous, approachable Cabernet Sauvignon from Jones Family.

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon The Sisters, which I believe to be the second cuvée from Jones Family Vineyard, is a beauty. Dense ruby/purple with lots of plum and blackcurrant fruit, the wine is medium-bodied, pure and has a lush, long finish. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.
Dark red-ruby. Slightly high-toned aromas of black raspberry, chocolate and maple syrup; a bit porty. Conveys an impression of residual sugar on the palate, with roasted black raspberry fruit joined by mocha and chocolate notes. Finishes with edgy tannins. From older vines planted in the property's hottest site. Grape sugars may have gotten ahead of phenolic ripeness here.
