A single vineyard 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made with the same care as the Hundred Acre releases, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Warrior was puncheon fermented and aged 32 months in 100% new French oak. Sweet cassis, black raspberries, savory flowers, incense, and baking spice notes all shine here, and it's another upfront, charming, forward effort that has ripe, polished tannins, beautiful overall balance, and a great finish. It's very much in the perfumed, expressive style of Jayson's releases and is already hard to resist. It's going to evolve gracefully on its overall balance and purity. Drink 2025-2045.
