A highlight in the Tablas Creek roster is the 2023 En Gobelet, a blend of 49% Grenache, 31% Mourvèdre, 14% Syrah, 3% Counoise and 3% Tannat that showcases the estate's head-trained blocks. It is beautifully wide open on the nose, bursting from the glass with an effortless bouquet dominated by spice and anise aromas, along with crushed stone and vibrant red and black fruits.
