The 2024 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits was taken directly from tank and had been fully de-stemmed. This has a fragrant bouquet with crushed strawberry and light red cherry scents that unfold nicely in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins and touches of sour cherry and strawberry. It just needs a little more tension to feed through on the finish but there is decent weight in context of the vintage.
