2024 Kenzo Asatsuyu

The newly released 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Asatsuyu continues the tradition of including a bit of Sémillon in the blend. Made and matured in a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel, it's less expressive right now than the 2023, with more citrusy overtones, underripe pear and even a touch of white grapefruit. Medium-bodied, with a gently silky texture and a bright, vibrant finish, it's a solid effort that should improve over the next year or two.
