Harvested a full three weeks after the 2022 (October 6th), the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is perfumed and already complex, with a beautiful red, blue, and black fruit quality as well as some floral, spice, and forest nuances. It brings beautiful density and depth, medium to full-bodied richness, has ripe, polished tannins, and that rare mix of finesse and elegance. It's going to drink well with just a few years and have 20 years of longevity.
