The Pulido-Walker team purchased this estate in 2022, and the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Policy Estate Vineyard shows a deep purple hue with gorgeous aromatics of cassis, graphite, dark chocolate, and leafy herbs and tobacco. Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 20 months in French oak, it's full-bodied, juicy, ripe, and mouthfilling. This is just as sexy as the vintage gets and is perfect for drinking over the coming 10-15 years. Drink 2025-2040.

The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Policy Estate Vineyard is fragrant, open-knit and quite seductive. Soft contours wrap around a core of red/purplish fruit, lavender, cinnamon and cedar. This is pretty, gracious Cabernet that will drink well pretty much right out of the gate.
