The medium-bodied 2023 Pinot Gris Grace Benoist Ranch was made and briefly matured in stainless steel drums, with no malolactic fermentation. It's a fruit-forward wine offering up scents of ripe pear and melon, plus a hint of white pepper. Possessing a fresh, rainwater-like feel on the palate, it's clean and crisp on the finish, with a refreshing touch of citrus.
The 2023 Pinot Gris Grace Benoist Ranch is a very pretty, steely white to drink over the next year or two while the green apple, jasmine and mint notes remain vibrant. This is nicely done.
