A gorgeous expression of this site, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard delivers notes of sweet cassis, currants, flowery incense, graphite, and tobacco. Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Block F and aged 21 months in 76% new French oak, it's full-bodied, ripe, expansive, and seamless on the palate, with that classic To Kalon sexiness and texture. This comes from further back up the hill on the west side of the site and is all 337 clone. Drink this sexy beast any time over the coming 20-25 years. Drink 2025-2050.
