Ripe orchard and stone fruits, brioche, toasted bread, and blanched almond notes all shine in the 2023 Chardonnay Ladybug. Aged 22 months in 70% new French oak, it's medium to full-bodied and has a pure, layered mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a blockbuster of a finish. This is a true “wow” Chardonnay that will compete with anything out there and should drink well over the coming decade or more. There are 354 cases produced. Drink 2025-2035.

The 2023 Chardonnay Ladybug is brisk and very nicely delineated. Lemon confit, apricot, crushed rocks, mint and white pepper lend striking tension. I especially admire its lithe, energetic style. What a pretty and expressive wine it is. Bright saline notes extend the long, vibrant finish.
Aged for 22 months on the lees in 70% new French oak. Unfiltered and unfined. Greenish deep gold. Leaner, fresher and more subtle than La Doña. A real mouthful. Excellent acidity but really bright richness, too. (JR)
This buttery, caramel-tinged white is luscious, ripe and creamy. A full body, soft acidity and plenty of oak and spice flavors lend a luxurious, indulgent expression. Vanilla bean, melted butter, marzipan and butterscotch. Drink now.
