A blend of 82% Sauvignon Blanc and 18% Sémillon from the estate site on Howell Mountain, Impensata's 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Ciminelli Vineyard was partially barrel fermented and aged in approximately 40% new French oak. Pink grapefruit and just-ripe pineapple notes are joined by faintly grassy notes on the nose, while the medium- to full-bodied palate boasts a wonderfully fine silk texture, which persists through the long, citrusy finish.
