Snowden's 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon (623 cases of a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot) offers a dark plum/ruby color as well as sweet aromas of chocolate, coffee beans, and cherries.
