A solid if uninspiring effort, the 2008 exhibits notes of herbs, white chocolate and black cherries along with medium body and a quick finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.

85% Merlot. Vanilla sweetness at first but then dry and a little flat on the palate. Tannins are papery-fine but more fruit needed to balance. (JH)
