The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Oliver's Blend is a deeply savory interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon, slinking from the glass with a confident, well-defined array of black olive, black truffle, pipe tobacco and grilled herb tones that accent a core of ripe dark-toned fruit. Ultra-fine, chalky tannins need time to soften, but this wine is in a beautiful place as it stands today. Very impressive.
