A blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc from Fairchild's estate vineyard, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Sigaro delivers waves of black cherries, brown sugar and milk chocolate notes. Full-bodied, creamy and lush, this is intense, concentrated stuff, with a long, lingering finish.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Fairchild Sigaro comes all from Pritchard Hill fruit and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 22 months in 95% new barrels. This brilliant wine has a deep purple hue as well as a gorgeous array of cassis and blackcurrant-like fruits interwoven with darker chocolate, graphite, and espresso-like nuances. It's full-bodied, concentrated, has ample tannins, and a serious, age-worthy, incredibly impressive profile. Hide bottles for 4-6 years if you can. The tannins here are world-class.
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Sigaro, a blend from various sites across the valley, is packed with dark fruit, herbs, lavender, menthol, espresso and licorice. This heady, full-throttle Cabernet packs a serious punch. Cabernet Franc in the blend adds further shades of aromatic lift, and there's plenty of hillside tannin to frame it all. Give this a few years to soften. Beautiful.
