Heidi Barrett’s 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (600 cases fashioned from Calistoga fruit) includes 2% Cabernet Franc in the blend. Having put on weight since last year, it is a powerful, dry, rich, fleshy effort boasting loads of cassis fruit intermixed with sweet barrique smells. It should keep for 10-15 years. Tel.
