Composed of Carignan co-fermented with 7% Viognier, the 2022 Creativity is a stellar rendition of a challenging harvest and one of the most successful wines of the vintage. A deep, black-fruited, intense nose of exotic spices, cured meats and burning incense introduces a seamlessly concentrated yet lifted palate with admirable dexterity despite its rich, forward frame. Its sumptuous texture transitions to a remarkably fresh, pure finish that offers beautiful harmony between ripe flavors, balancing acidity and subtle tannins. A tremendously delicious, singular wine, it will be fascinating to follow over the next decade.
