The 2022 Sensibility combines 84% Grenache, 7% Syrah, 6% Graciano and 3% Clairette Blanche from the Paderweski Vineyard. The nose combines bushels of blue and red fruits with lifted hibiscus accents and a subtle licorice framing. The palate combines plush concentration and silky, vibrant texture, ending with a lovely, treble-tinged finish and pleasing creamy richness—a playful yet serious combination of Jordan Fiorentini's winemaking prowess.

The 2022 Sensibility showed beautifully, with a gorgeous red-fruited, spicy, floral perfume as well as medium to full-bodied richness on the palate. It’s soft, supple, and incredibly elegant, with fine tannins. The blend is 84% Grenache, 7% Syrah, 6% Graciano, and the rest Clairette.
The 2022 Sensibility lifts from the glass with a perfumed blend of wild strawberries, sweet sage, stone dust and spice. Pure elegance, it offers silken textures that envelop the palate with ripe red and blue fruits.
