2022 Pastorale Chardonnay

Harvested September 14 through September 17, the 2022 Chardonnay Pastorale Vineyard was barrel fermented and matured for 14 months in 50% new, 500-liter Damy puncheons. It has alluring aromas of white peach, nectarine, Greek yogurt and apple blossoms. The medium-bodied palate pairs a satiny texture and creamy flavors with tangy acidity, and it has a long, bright finish. 826 cases produced.
