Red and black currants, graphite, savory underbrush, herbs, and chocolate oak all emerge from the 2022 Space & Time. Based on 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Malbec, it's medium to full-bodied and concentrated, with a ripe, layered, opulent mouthfeel and ripe tannins. It will drink beautifully for 15 years.

A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Malbec, Pott's 2022 Space & Time is my pick of the vintage at this address. It boasts lovely floral notes seamlessly entwined with raspberries and redcurrants on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate seems more airy and silky than the straight Cabernet Franc and more elegant and polished on the finish. Despite all that, it still delivers intense, complex flavors and ample concentration. Beautiful, haunting stuff.
The 2022 Space & Time is a Cabernet Franc-based blend from Pott's estate vineyard on Mt Veeder. Iron, white pepper, chalk, mint, incense and crushed rocks all rush across the palate. This wild, potent wine packs a pretty huge punch, but all the elements are nicely balanced.
