2020 Tablas Creek En Gobelet

The 2020 En Gobelet is a barrel-sample blend of 37% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre, 22% Syrah, 11% Counoise and 5% Tannat that's showing some astringency and earthy, rustic aromas. Pale ruby, it has a nose of woodsmoke, chargrill and tea leaves and red and black berry fruit. The light-bodied palate is somewhat dilute with a gentle, juicy finish. 850 cases are expected to be made.
