2018 Domaine Monthélie-Douhairet-Porcheret Pommard Les Chanlins 1er Cru

Tank sample. Deep cherry red. Sweet fruited, red plums, red cherry. Good depth of chewy fruit, there’s so much honesty and transparency here – very Pommard but juicy too. Chewy and still fresh, and long in fruit. Embryonic and promising. (JH)
