Already the nose is very seductive, with kirsch and dark cherry and subtle redcurrant notes. A beautifully refined palate with savoury notes and firm and finely grained tannins. It is a weighty wine but also refined and carries it's intensity of fruit extremely well. Delicious. (AC)
