Note di degustazione
Based on 40% Viognier, 33% Marsanne, and 27% Roussanne, the 2023 Blancaneaux reveals stone fruits, white flowers, and lemon pith-like aromatics. It's a nicely textured, richer white that brings medium-bodied weight and depth, integrated acidity, and outstanding length. It's going to shine on the dinner table and should have 3-4 years of prime drinking. Drink 2025-2029.

Pure rose oil on the aromatics, along with white pepper and sage spices, touch of grilled peach flesh, studded with white pepper. this has personality and character, a reminder of why I always enjoy the Rhone-styled whites of Inglenook. Director of winemaking Philippe Bascaules.
A partially barrel-fermented blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne, the 2023 Blancaneaux offers up hints of toasted marshmallow on the nose, joined by gently floral tones and a hint of ginger. Medium- to full-bodied, plump and rounded, it feels more expansive than the listed 13.7% alcohol, then turns crisp and lime-like on the stony finish.
