The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Plural is an attractive cool-climate wine from Alma Fria and proprietor Carroll Kemp. Strong savory, earthy and floral notes lend notable complexity. Carroll Kemp is very candid in explaining there is some Brettanomyces in this wine, but in cold-climate Cabernet Sauvignon, I don't see that as being especially noticeable. There is a bit of tightness in the finish that will hopefully resolve with some bottle age.
