2005 Herb Lamb Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon HL Vineyards, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the higher hillsides of the Herb Lamb Vineyard, has a much more opaque ruby/purple color and a classic blackcurrant fruit nose, mixed with underbrush, forest floor and earth. It is deep, medium to full-bodied, rich and quite youthful at age ten. The wine is not as complex as it is certainly very young. It will keep for at least another 10-15 years.
