2015 Patricia Green Pinot Noir Balcombe Vineyard Block 1B

(20% whole clusters and 8% new oak) Brilliant ruby-red. Highly perfumed and expansive on the nose, displaying intense dark fruit and floral scents complemented by Moroccan spice and smoky mineral flourishes. Stains the palate with concentrated black raspberry, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors that deepen and become sweeter with air. This rich but distinctly elegant, well-balanced Pinot finishes sweet, spicy and very long, featuring molten tannins and an echo of candied rose.
