2018 Robert Craig Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District is laced with the essence of red/purplish fruit, lavender, spice and blood orange. It is also one of the most reticent wines in this lineup, which is unusual for this bottling. I would give this mid-weight Cabernet Sauvignon a few years to soften, as it is quite nervy in the early going. There is a good bit of depth, it just needs time to emerge. This Spring Mountain Cabernet is sourced entirely from Crowley.
