2021 TOR Cabernet Franc Beckstoffer To Kalon

While the original intent was to use this Cabernet Franc from Tor's own yard in Saint Helena as a portion of a co-ferment, in the end, the 2021 Cabernet Franc Estate Vineyard was made and bottled on its own, all one barrel of it. It's wonderfully complex on the nose, with gentle leafy and herbal nuances against a backdrop of black cherries and raspberries, while also being full-bodied and silky textured, with a long, plush finish.
