Including declassified fruit from premiers crus Les Baudes and Les Gruenchers, the 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Village offers up a lovely bouquet of raspberries, cherries, orange rind and sweet soil tones. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, lively and supple, revealing a fragrant core of fruit and powdery structuring tannins.

The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Villages comes from seven different parcels, including two Premier Crus, Les Gruenchers and Les Baudes. It has an attractive, floral bouquet of pressed rose petals infusing the red berry fruit, quite mineral-driven and impressively precise. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, the 40% whole-bunch fruit nicely integrated. A very pretty Chambolle-Musigny with a refined finish. Excellent.
