Cask sample. There’s some depth to this raspberry-scented (as in perfume) cuvée. Finishes boldly with quite a tannic punch. Long-lived, no doubt. (MH)

The 2020 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Murgers des Cras is slightly earthier on the nose compared to the Domaine’s other cuvées, brambly red fruit mixed with light heather and orange rind scents. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, very harmonious, not enormous depth of grip here but neat and precise on the finish. I just want it to "let go" by the time this is in bottle.
