2006 Andromeda Pinot Noir Devil's Gulch Ranch

The 2006 Pinot Noir Devil's Gulch Ranch has a nice foresty/earthy nose with hints of strawberry, black cherry, and spice. Dark medium/ruby, the wine displays nice fruit, a round texture, but for my taste, it doesn't have the personality or soul of the non-vintage Pleiades or the other cuvees from Thackrey.
