(disgorged April, 2006) Pink-tinged gold. Rich, earthy and pungent, with toffeed apple and pear aromas and strong butter and mushroom accents. This ripe, rich wine shows a somewhat rustic earthy quality to its orchard fruit flavors. Finishes on a note of musky wild mushroom, with a chewy character.
