1995 Vosne Romanee Les Suchots

Superb, saturated red-ruby color. Fabulously aromatic nose of black raspberry, smoke, espresso, ripe tomato and spices. Lush and silky; has a texture bordering on unctuous but with strong underlying backbone. Very long, sweet back end, with ripe tannins buried in fruit. Goes right to the pleasure center of the brain.
