The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Pearl of the Ravens is powerful and resonant in the glass, with terrific persistence and tons of personality. Black cherry, plum, mocha, spice and dried herb notes abound, with cedar, tobacco and crushed flowers adding nuance to this exquisite, impeccably balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Bold pungent, savory notes typical of wines aged in amphora (Pearl of the Ravens is aged 80% in terra cotta amphora and 20% oak).
