Note di degustazione
Bright medium red. Black cherry, licorice and spices on the nose; distinctly darker than the 2008 version. Creamy, lush and deep, with very good concentration and an almost chocolatey sweetness. Suaver than the Clos de le Bussiere, and long on the aftertaste, which features big, chewy tannins.

(malo almost finished) Bright, deep red with ruby highlights. Musky aromas of bitter cherry, smoked meat and flowers. Sweet, fleshy and concentrated, with a sappy quality to the dark berry flavors. Finishes with firm, ripe tannins and good juicy persistence. Roumier believes this will be a bit lean after it's racked.
Not yet racked. Black cherries and a hint of animal. Still quite fizzy. Racy and polished on the palate. Not that long… Skims along the surface of the palate. (JR)
