Regardless of the vintage, I always crave the intense mineral aromatics of the Pouilly-Fuisse En Bulands Vieilles Vignes (white), and the 2003 came through for me once again. Lemon-laced minerals and spices can be found in this light to medium-bodied effort’s core of fruit.
