1994 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

(14.8% alcohol): Healty bright ruby-red. Medicinal licorice, currant, leather, mocha and a whiff of andouillette on the nose. Supple and dense but not heavy, showing medicinal, rather dry flavors of currant, herbs and leather. Boasts good lift but this will be too funky for most tasters. Finishes a bt rustic, with substantial drying tannins.
