2006 Tyler Pinot Noir Dierberg Vineyard

Dark red, with a faint haze. Attractive, nuanced bouquet of black raspberry, cherry, dried flowers and black cardamom. Lightly chewy, with bitter cherry and dark berry skin flavors that stain the palate. Picks up exotic floral pastille and Asian spices with air and finishes with very good breadth and impressive persistence. I'd give this at least a couple more years in the cellar.
