Grilled herbs, cassis, inky black fruit and smoke flesh out in the 2011 Campolusso, Petrolo's 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and ample on the palate, the 2010 boasts superb depth and plenty of pure texture. Savory notes inform a finish supported by firm tannins that are going to need a few years to soften. This is another impressive showing from Petrolo.
