2021 Chambolle Musigny Les Cras

The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Les Cras, which comes from the Village Cru sector of the climat, was showing quite a bit of reduction on the nose. The palate is quite primal and juicy on the entry. Dark berry fruit laced with black pepper and allspice, edgy with bitter orange on the slightly abrasive finish. Hopefully, it will soften by the time of bottling.
