47% Mourvèdre, 35% Syrah, 18% Grenache. Deep ruby with just a touch of blue left to the colour. Incredibly spicy nose – chilli, bramble, nutmeg – with blackberry fruit and a savoury earthiness. Elevated dusty tannin and elevated but soft acidity. Light oak presence that leaves just a touch of char on the finish. (SCJ)
