Note di degustazione
Intensely vibrant and floral, the 2016 Kangarilla Grenache combines scents of roses and pomegranates with red raspberries, cherries and vaguely herbal, garrigue-like notes. It's medium to full-bodied, ripe and supple, with silky tannins on a long, lingering finish.

All destemmed Grenache brought up in Burgundy barrels, the 2016 Grenache Kangarilla Vineyard reveals a dense purple hue to go with a rich, meaty, full-bodied style that carries lots of red and black currant fruits, grilled herbs (rosemary, thyme), melted licorice, chocolate, and chalky minerality. Playing in the medium to full-bodied end of the spectrum, it has a rounded, expansive texture, lots of richness, and some big, beefy tannins. It's going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and keep for over a decade. If drinking any time soon, give bottles an hour in a decanter.
