The 2019 Rosé Prêt à Boire is a bold, distinctive Rosé crafted by Heidi Barrett. The blend of Grenache and Syrah works so well here. Ample and creamy, with terrific persistence, the Prêt à Boire Rosé is incredibly versatile. It is equally at home as an aperitif or alongside pretty much anything at the dinner table. I loved it.

Sporting a very pale cherry-pink color, the 2019 Pret a Boire Rosé—a blend of 62% Grenache and 38% Syrah—offers up expressive notes of Bing cherries, fresh raspberries and wild strawberries with touches of white pepper, dried lavender and bouquet garni. Medium-bodied, the palate has bags of zip and zing, featuring ripe red berry flavors and floral accents, finishing long and tangy.
