2011 Lancaster Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

Showing much better than when previously tasted, Lancaster Estate’s 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark ruby/purple color, notes of creme de cassis, dusty, loamy soil undertones, as well as some spice box in a medium to full-bodied, relatively soft, lush style. This flavorful wine is undeniably successful for this vintage, and should age nicely for a decade or more.
