2019 Blankiet Estate Prince of Hearts Paradise Hill Vineyard Rosé

A barrel-fermented rosé of Merlot that has been produced since 2002, the 2019 Prince Of Hearts Rosé Paradise Hills Vineyard is a rich, toast-accented rosé with bold aromas of cherries and strawberries, plus a hint of movie popcorn. It's medium to full-bodied, with a silky feel and a long, slightly warm finish. It's probably best viewed for food-pairing purposes as a lighter-styled red wine.
