2019 Sheridan Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Block 1

Layered with earthy and rocky notes, complemented by oak and fresh red fruit skin, the 2019 Block 1 is crafted entirely from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine offers a fresh profile with a firm fruit line that persists throughout. Full-bodied and firmly expressive, this vintage exhibits complexity and depth. However, it requires time to reach its full potential, making it advisable to let it chill in the cellar for at least another year. This aged for 30 months, entirely in 100% New French oak. Only 6,600 bottles were produced. Decant for at least an hour before enjoying. Bravo!
